A modern pale ale, based on a foundation extra pale malts with a small addition of wheat for a slightly hazy liquid that is straw to golden and topped with a soft white foam.
Handsome doses of new age hops including Citra, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin bring refreshing waves of green melon, passionfruit and citrus, backed by a subtle grassy bitterness. The combination of the fruit forward hops, grassy bitterness and light to medium body harmonize to produce a cooling and ultra refreshing Pale Ale.
