1. Membership Eligibility & Enrolment
1.1 Free Membership: Joining Keg Club is free. Customers are automatically enrolled when they make their first keg purchase or by creating an online account.
1.2 Age Requirement: You must be of legal drinking age in to participate.
1.3 Account Responsibility: Each member is responsible for maintaining accurate account details, including name, email address, and, if applicable, date of birth.
2. Earning Tier Points & Expiration
2.1 Keg Club uses Tier Points, which determine your membership level.
2.2 Points Accrual:

You earn Tier Points for each qualified online purchase, $1 spent equals 1 point.

From time to time, bonus Tier Points may be awarded under special promotions, subject to those promotions’ specific terms.
2.3 Points Expiry:

Tier Points expire after 12 months from the date they are earned, or after 12 months of account inactivity - whichever comes first.

Once expired, Tier Points cannot be reinstated.
2.4 No Cash value: Tier Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another member.
3. Tiers & Benefits
3.1 Tier Levels:

Tap Starter: 0–1,999 Tier Points

Brew Master: 2,000–4,999 Tier Points

Keg Royalty: 5,000+ Tier Points
3.2 Advancing Tiers: Once you accumulate enough Tier Points to meet or exceed a tier threshold, you immediately receive the benefits of that tier.
3.3 Tier Duration: If your points drop below the threshold (e.g., due to points expiring), you may move down to a lower tier accordingly.
3.4 Tier Benefits:

Tap Starter: A birthday surprise, two beer merch gifts each year, early access to sales

Brew Master: All Tap Starter perks, plus four free local deliveries a year, tap decal dome stickers, 'Keg Club' t shirt

Keg Royalty: All Brew Master perks, plus free local delivery (up to 10 deliveries per year) & first to taste: Limited-edition or experimental beers released to you before anyone else (subject to availibility)
4. Free Gifts & Inventory Limits
4.1 Automatic Gifts: Certain perks, such as free merchandise items or surprise gifts, may be provided at no additional cost once you reach or maintain a specific tier. No points redemption is required.
4.2 Subject to Availability: Free items are subject to stock availability. If a gift is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.
5. Birthday Rewards
5.1 Eligibility: Members who have a valid birth date on file may receive a free birthday gift or special discount.
5.2 Verification: We reserve the right to verify birth dates to confirm eligibility and prevent abuse.
6. Free Local Delivery (Brew Master & Keg Royalty Tiers)
6.1 Coverage Area: Free local delivery is valid within 65 kilometre radius of our Highett, Taren Point & Tweed warehouses.
6.2 Delivery Cap: Brew Master members receive up to 4 free deliveries per calendar year. Keg Royalty members receive up to 10 free deliveries per calendar year. After the cap is reached, normal delivery fees apply.
6.3 Scheduling: Delivery times are subject to availability
7. Referrals
7.1 Referral Bonuses: Members may earn additional Tier Points or other benefits by referring new customers who make qualifying purchases.
7.2 Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to disqualify or adjust referral bonuses if we detect fraudulent or abusive behavior.
8. Program Modifications & Termination
8.1 Right to Modify: We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate Keg Club at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Effect of Termination: If Keg Club is terminated, any remaining Tier Points may expire on the termination date or be converted to an alternative reward at our discretion.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 Data Collection: By participating in Keg Club, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (e.g., name, email, purchase history) as described in our [Privacy Policy].
9.2 Marketing Communications: You may receive emails or messages about your Tier Points balance, program updates, and special offers. You can opt out at any time without forfeiting your membership.
10. Limitations & Liability
10.1 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the availability of any particular keg, gift, or perk at any given time.
10.2 Disclaimer: We are not responsible for technical issues, system outages, or external circumstances that affect your ability to participate in Keg Club or earn/maintain Tier Points.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
11.1 Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria Australia.
11.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to Keg Club shall be resolved in accordance with Victoria.
