Brewed to have a little bit of bitterness, this beer is all about balance between the caramel malt and hoppy flavours. Most comparable to a session style west coast IPA, they have used their house ale yeast strain to provide a clean, neutral profile to really showcase the malts and hops giving this beer flavours and aromas of refreshing citrus, resin and pine.

A coupler is a fitting that attaches to the top of the keg, so that you can pump gas in and pump beer out! Different breweries use different kegs; different kegs use different couplers.
