These are our current drinks packages that can be tailored to suit our clients specific requirements and applied to any of the below bar services.

CONSUMPTION BAR
Only pay for exactly what your guests consume. Great for if you are unsure of how many guests are attending or if a large number of guests won’t be drinking much. A minimum spend applies.
BAR TAb
You set the budget, we accurately manage the service through our cloud based pos system and let you know once your budget is reached. You can choose to extend your budget, divert to a cash service or close the bar. A minimum spend applies.
Unlimited
Is charged at a per person fee & includes unlimited drinks for the set duration. Wedding friendly, great for budgeting, as you know exactly what your event is going to cost you upfront.
Cash bar
Have your guests pay for their drinks just like in a regular bar. A minimum spend applies.
Major event bar partnership

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about our catering service
- How does a consumption bar work? We charge a service hire fee to cover our fixed costs such as staff & equipment, and a minimum spend which can be used as a pre paid bar tab or if your guests pay for their drinks we can reimburse you the minimum spend once it is reached.
- How does an unlimited bar package work? Our unlimited bar service packages are fixed cost packages priced per person for every guest in attendance.
- Can I provide my own alcohol? We do allow special items to be added our unlimited bar services.
- Is set up and pack down included in the cost? We include all bartenders in the package these start have an allowance of 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for pack down onto of the service duration required.
- Can I tailor my drinks package?Our packages can certainly be tailor on request.
- How far do you travel? We travel generally up to 2 hours away from the CBD.
- I have less than 30 guests can you still cater for my event? Yes, we do have options for all group sizes.
- Do you offer longer service durations? Yes, we can tailor a package to match any duration no matter how long or short.
- Do you provide staff only? We do allow dry bar hire where we provide staff, equipment, glassware & planning and you can provide your own alcohol.
- How do your services work? We will provide a proposal for your event to match up to your budget or specific requirements. We secure your date with a 30% deposit and then start planning 1 month out from your event date.
- Do you charge more for weddings? No, our team provide the best solution to match any event and all of our packages are priced the same no matter the event type. We do like to remind our couples that higher expectations i.e wanting cocktails or full tray service can add more cost to say beer & wine just served from the bar.
