Shipping & Returns

- In the case of over ordering by a customer, Kegs on Legs will happily refund the following excess, unopened and undamaged products:
  - Carlton Draught 50L Keg (cap not removed)
- Other products may be refunded at the discretion of Kegs on Legs provided they are unopened and undamaged.
- Unopened and Undamaged means:
  - Kegs – Full and untapped with caps still on.
  - Wine – Still in unopened box with box being in good condition (i.e. no tears or liquid damage, etc)
- All refunds incur 10% re-stocking fee. Therefore refunds will be at 90% of the original purchase price.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to assist in the timely collection of products to be refunded or to ensure that they are returned to Kegs on Legs immediately after function or event has occurred. Monies will be refunded within 7 days via cheque or electronic funds transfer.
- This refund policy is a service provided in good faith for the benefit of Kegs on Legs loyal customers to help them plan their function or event and ensure that they have sufficiently catered for their guests. This policy at all times remains the discretion of the management of Kegs on Legs. Kegs on Legs are at no time obligated to provide a refund based on the fact that over ordering has occurred.
